Update for 203-204 Greenhill Rd Eastwood construction of 6 story private hospital- now at full height and most windows installed on all sides. pictures show: 1 rear, 2 front onto Greenhill Rd and 3 east side.

19/11/2024 now working on footings in basement including footings for lift/service core. Small mobile crane working in basement. No sign of any crane base yet.

fitting out of 8 story apartment building in backround is proceeding quickly. This project faces onto Norwood Parade.

Does anyone know what's happening with the building at 60 Greenhill Rd? Reno's started 18 months(ish) ago with signage saying that VAILO was moving in. This signage is now gone, and work looks to have stopped.

I recall around the time of the Adelaide 500 (sponsored by VAILO), that there were rumours of unpaid bills and unhappy creditors, etc. I can only assume that the stoppage in works on Greenhill Rd are because of this?

VAILO were also in a bit of strife with the ATO as well I recall. So probably has to do with all of the above.

I too have been wondering about 60 Greenhill Rd. This building was been upgraded but about June last year all work stopped. I thought maybe the owner as considering knocking it down and building something more substancial as this area has been reclassified to allow up to 10 stories??

IIRC, they were going to convert the building into their new factory, but then some time during renovation they decided to just pack up everything and relocate operations to Queensland and ever since then there’s been zero progress.

It's a little more serious then VAILO moving operations to Queensland it seems.
Big spending habits. You don't get an AFP/ATO raiding party if everything is above board.

Update 26/3/2025 Osmond Tce this project has finally emerged out the ground with ground floor complete and columns now being formed up. The service/lift core on the far left hand (northern side ) of site.
