82 osmond tce norwood, picture 2/10/2024 now working on basement. May be a site for a tower crane? Note this site backs onto the new 8 story building on Norwood Parade.

Update for 203-204 Greenhill Rd Eastwood construction of 6 story private hospital- now at full height and most windows installed on all sides. pictures show: 1 rear, 2 front onto Greenhill Rd and 3 east side.

19/11/2024 now working on footings in basement including footings for lift/service core. Small mobile crane working in basement. No sign of any crane base yet.

4 king william St kent town. work has begun excavating site down to King William St level as rear lane (Little Rundle St ) is higher . picuture 19/11/2024

4 king William St kent town -this site is now under construction with re-inforcement for the ground floor level now being installed.
