[PRO] 76 South Tce | 12 levels | Mixed Use
Re: [PRO] 76 South Tce | 12 levels | Mixed Use
For those who think this is not a seriously proposal. Nobody thought the swiss cheese block on Waymouth was a serious proposal either.

They don't even need that - the proposal is only half of the current vacant land!

I've seen the internal plans, glass walled bedrooms, so plenty of light, flick a switch and they become opaque - great idea
external? well you are limited, better plain I guess than some of the painted buildings we see
Really high ceilings (3.6 metre I think) and only one apartment per level. Not a greedy developer it seems. I'd like to see the finished product.

Marina, that's hilarious. The building is so narrow they really had to think outside the box to get the minimum requirement of natural light into the bedrooms. How's the car parking situation? I guess that's opaque too.
Greedy developers is exactly what I would call them.

Not sure what it would be like to live in, but I love the look of this tbh. Reminds me of phoenix apartments in Melbourne. Personally I don't really care for natural light in the main bedroom, as long as it's well lit in the living space and home office.
