The way you posted, makes me suspect if you are writing FOR some other developers whose project doesn't have a gym and/or pool.

How did you figure out that Central Adelaide is 50 to 70k more expensive, when compare to other new developments. If I look at their advertised price, it is on par or below the ones that you have listed.

Oh! I missed all that ... I gather there was a reference a Nespresso machine as a selling point?? Do u think it worked?? :roll:

On another note .... is there a similar forum to this for Melbs? I was thinking if I'm going to fork out 360k for a 2BD in Adel ... I might as well get a 1m x 1m shoe box in Melbs CBD ... :mrgreen:

Why would you bother with a showroom if over half had been sold?

Secondly they expect construction to commence in just under 1 year? that does not sound like a project that has hit its sales target to me.

I've been reading through http://www.centraladelaide.com.au/ - and it looks like it's aimed at interstate/international investment folks to invest, rather than actual residents?

Sounds like the carpark levels are going above ground then?
