Great pics from the car park! I have decided for my next annual visit to Adelaide, to take shots from surrounding high rise blocks of as many developments as possible - hope to post them all. Your pics give an unusual perception of what is going on - well done!

Quick pic from today with some of the column foundations having been poured.

Great shots and the crane will be there soon I imagoine.
And yes! I am making gratutious and superficial comments on most things in order to get away from the sen-fucking-rookie-sational classification.
I guess that is 100 posts, so still a long way to go!

Thanks. I would think two cranes for this site given its large size. Maybe one to start with though as they seem to be taking longer at the northern end of the site thanks to those unstable boundary walls. Can't wait to see this one go up. It looks like it may be a steel frame job as mentioned previously which would be great speedwise.

More concrete pumping on-site today. It looks like they are almost ready to concrete the remaining piling work near the northern boundary as they continue the northern boundary wall stabalisation. Once the concrete work is done in this northern section and the remaining earth is removed this one should really take off.

Great pic updates Norman. It looks like they are now getting close to a basement concrete pour for around half of the site. Very similar set up to the Coglin Street development as shown in earlier pictures in that thread, understandable considering it is the same developer. Can't wait to see this one start to rise.

They sure keep moving the dirt piles around on this site Looks like they have been digging the deep core pit over the last week or so. Looked like they were close to doing a concrete pour but more dirt seems to have been moved around in that area since. Nice chair positioning Pic from today:

I have often thought a having front row seat looking at a major building site would be great for a day.
Maybe not in that chair though.

Is this building in effect 11 floors above ground + basement, making 12 levels or is foundation level just that alone.
Can't wait to see this one get moving above ground level.

Finally those large metal beams which have been holding up the northern boundary wall on this site for a number of years are being removed today by a temporary crane. Part of the boundary wall appears to have been removed and made stable and now they should be able to continue the final excavations all the way to this boundary.

At the upcoming ACC DAP meeting next Monday, the proposal to increase the height of the building by 1 floor, and from 40m to 47m, will receive planning APPROVAL.
