BTW I think this is absolutely brilliant news. The City Design Panel will do more to lift the bar on high quality design than anything else. Bye bye boring beige boxes!

provided the goverment in charge stays the same, as different govt may put an end to it before it even happens,not meant to b a polical statement just a possible scenario

The changes/announcements due this week are big!
The government isn't going to change in a week and the biggest change will be implemented straight away so no waisting time.
