Took this one driving past today (as a passenger). They've started installing glass into the windows on the podium floors. I believe the structure is up to about the eleventh floor above ground now (ie level 10).

Probably the ugliest scaffolding I've seen. I hope they take it down when they've finished.

Some pictures from Saturday 25 Feb 2017. Work just staring on level 13 (above ground) from the Northern side. And picture taken from a side street showing new building rising above its neighbours.

Has a building ever been built like this in Adelaide before?. Still think it's odd this doesn't have a tower crane considering it's height.

The same builder [Sgherza] when he built Infinity at West Lakes [8-storeys] only used mobile scissor lifts and a construction lift. Maybe its cost saving or it could be not to have any union involvement on the site?

Pretty sure the core is now up to the last floor. Just waiting on the steel to catch up now.
Late last week they started installing some of the glass on the tower. I think it looks pretty good, but it's maybe a bit too blue for my liking. At this early stage, I think a slightly more subtle blue would have worked better. But nonetheless, I still think this one should turn out fairly well.

A picture from today (21 Mar 2017). Steel work nearly complete. Note blue glass on lower right hand side (level6).

That it shocking. The council/government should not allow this type of construction method it looks like something you'd see in Mumbai. Atleast with Central Adelaide it was one colour and neat.

Agreed completely. If one of those tarps blew off it could cause a major traffic hazard.
Will look good once it's complete, though I hope it's the last time we see construction like this. Looks hideous.

That glass is not inspiring... I'll reserve judgement but it's high transparency. We'll get a great view of mis-matched curtains... Far from the high reflective cladding shown in the renders.

It resembles a blue version of those shitty green and brown coloured windows and panels installed on 1970's era buildings.

I thought this had topped out but now (4/4/17) there is another level at least on the western side. More blue glass is being installed on levels 6 and 7 on the southern (parklands ) side.
