It depends on the project and many other things but could be as soon as a couple or months before site works. Probably would start in January I would think.

Idk but I'm betting Built Environs or Hansen might the job for Westin Hotel. Who else is pricing anyway?

I didn't hate the PO building once it was done but another brown shorter version, as is this current design will look drab as fuck. I understand not wanting to take away from the herritage building but dam they can do so much more.

I heard months ago that this isn't going ahead but have been waiting for an official statement/announcement or if anyone involved can confirm?

Stage one (internal demolition) was applied for in late May but has been put on hold according to the below.
