It seems this project is going by the name of Qi, and the street address is now 70 Franklin after the merge of land titles.
Mods, I'd suggest updating the thread title to;

Qi only refers to the residential component of the development. The commercial component is going under the name of 70 Franklin Street.[Shuz] wrote:It seems this project is going by the name of Qi, and the street address is now 70 Franklin after the merge of land titles.

isn't this one 73m?
maybe changing it to something like this would be better.

It's not the most exciting design, though it could look quite good if sexy quality glass is used.
The impact this will make on tired old Franklin Street will be fantastic and is sorely needed.

zzzzzzip! looks like a giant fly...
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Although not that tall, it appears to be quite a wide tower across the Franklin Street frontage. Seeing as the developer behind this is the same one as 400KWS, if they can create the same kind of effect, and use good quality glass, I think it'll turn out to be pretty good.

Ben, I was wondering if you might have a word or two to say explaining the meaning of the curved lines in the photo/diagram you posted? Very intrguing, what do they represent?
[COM] Re: U/C: 58-76 Franklin St | 19, 16 & 10 | Office, Res and c
It's from the advertising brochure, with the curved lines highlighting nearby landmarks/attractions

Adelaide really really struggles when it comes to apartment building sales. It's really disappointing this has happened yet again!

I think it will depend on what how who and why before I get disappointed.
it could simply be a tick of approval to the States future rather than a negative - depending on who the operator is.

I think its heavily due to location, that end of the city is still pretty rough in my eyes and franklin st is still very under developed, and until we start seeing some nice architectural buildings with height in the city, its going to be hard to sell apartments like this.
