This one goes before DAc this thurs with amendements. Increase in height to 57.5m and additional 2 levels of carparking above ground. No more basement car parking. Deletion of cinema and instead 1 more 1 bedroom apartment.

Still ground level retail. I think I read 4 tenancies and they were of decent size too.

The cinema and gym is moved to lower levels facing Grote Street, with the car parks hidden behind the amenities.

Shouldn't be 19.

October start could be wishful thinking.
Looks like a wide building, they would need at least 2 cranes I would think.

Demolition on site is about to commence with hoardings and traffic management being negotiated with Council.

Demolition is progressing well and should be finished by the end of the week.

Can the thread title be updated please ? It should be 16 levels.

This was increased in height due to carparking now being above ground, not below.

Look past the first sentence and you will see "VARIATION - increase in building height and relocation of carparking levels "
