Are you sure they're reopening on the 3rd? Because they said on their Facebook page that they're reopening on the 9th.

The sales office has moved next door. All ready for demolition in January.

Any updates? I walked past about two and a half weeks ago and the building was still very much there, the only difference being that the sales office had moved next door. Surely internal demolition wouldn't take over a month? Or has that finished but they are still waiting for Central Adelaide to finish before they properly start this one as you suggested a few pages back?

Or has something happened in the past two weeks since I last went past?

Naturally, I asked on their facebook page how far off demolition was, this was their response:
Hi Christopher, Watpac are now on site, we're getting very close. Keep an eye on the Facebook page - we'll be sharing news here.
Sounds promising.

They gave you an answer without actually answering your question.
Basic run around.

Standing out the front right now, no obvious signs of a demolition taking place just yet. They could be starting right at the back though.

Edit: yes there are workers on site and they are working at the back of the site.

"We heard you were coming to check up on us, so we hid." Site workers, probably.
