More of a stage 2b. The 6 level office building on the south side is next but they’ve already started it.

The last concrete pour is tomorrow I believe and this is running ahead of schedule now by a few months.
Yep, pretty impressive considering the piling rig was onsite only back in November 2019.
I walk past this often and it does feel like it has risen fast in front of my eyes. Only seems like yesterday when the crane sounded like a Boeing 747 taking off

Mean while you’re over here accepting a 2 4 1 and Benny’s corner store content with the absolute mediocrity of it all. Oi. I love that you can look at a building that would have barley been passable for the Gold Coast skyline circa 1965 and think it’s half way decent.
Here’s a good drag name for ya. Medi O’Chrissie

This one is nearly externally complete. Way ahead of schedule. Crane should be down in the next few weeks I’d think. They have recently cleared the site adjacent for the public square and 6 level office building.

The texture of the concrete would beat painted surface hands down, hopefully they don't.

In the long shots definitely. Looks modern up close though.

To me it gives off a cool 1960s Brasilia vibe.

Yeah, I've thought along similar lines. It reminds me of International Style. Clean and simple.
I like that they've used steel rather than glass balustrades too, but I hope they even out the concrete like they did for Kodo.
