I think it looks OK in a soviet sort of way. It's all subjective but at least this one changes the skyline and brings people into the CBD to live.
Yes, sovietism ROCKS!!!
Yo Komrade! (looks better with a 'k'.

The best part of this one is the crane!

If I look at this thing in 1 or 2 years time, I'll be thinking that it was built during the 80's or something, not the beginning of the 21st Century.

Interesting development of events. I was under the understanding that all 300 apartments had been sold.

my office is just beside the building and to be honest, I would rather they have a better frontal facade at Victoria St. but it is just a piece of wall with a side staircase.

As in 88 Hindley Street, I'd venture.

From the small exterior and interior renderings I would say it looks OK. One thing they need to do is get their aerial and map right. Positioning of the universities and colleges as well as Rundle Mall and Glenelg's spelling needs to be corrected.

Cheers

i've noticed that Macquarie Bank are involved in this development (probably providing some innovative financing, they may even be putting up cash themselves). Of course they also own the airport and are extensively developing that area. I would not be surprised if they are financially driving a few other developments around the city.

So what's my point? well Mac Bank NEVER invest in an area that is a potential poor investment. Cream of the crop is their motto. It's a another tick of approval for Adelaides future!
