Is 135 South Tce/Parkland Vista actually supposed to be the 144 South Tce thread? I’m confused too

Yes Sorry for the confusion this is supposed to be 144 south Tce. Not much has happened on this site for the last 3 weeks. I go passed it several times a week.

The (first) crane at southern cross site is nearly complete as of lunchtime today 24/8/2021. the crane is quite tall and can be seen from O'Connell St

Hammerhead crane at Adelphi Tce, Glenelg is now complete.

A second crane is going up at southern cross site king William st. picture 25/8/2021.

Here's a shot of the 60 KWS luffers from the black stump

The crane at Adel University came down sometime last week.

Crane going up in Pulteney St today 11/9/2021.

So given the new crane at 270 Pulteney St, should the crane total revert back to 8+3 = 11 cranes?

Finally the crane is being erected at SAHMI 2 on North Tce. Tis must be a record for the time the crane base is installed and the crane being erected 14/11/2020 to 18/9/2021

New cranes expected in the next 1 -2 months.

The crane at SAHMRI 2 was completed at about 4.30 today Wed 22/9/2021. This crane has quite a long reach so they may be planning to use just the one crane(?). It all depends on how quickly the building is to be constructed.

Not a construction site but there's a hammerhead crane erected a few streets away from Arndale at what I assume is the yard for Titan cranes.

Surprised its allowed, its virtually surrounded by residential.
What would the height limit be?
