Is the crane count right?
There's the 2 at SAHMRI.
1 at Festival Plaza.
2 at DIT's new HQ on Pirie Street.
2 at Services Australia 65KWS.
1 at the second twin tower project on far end of Flinders Street.
1 next to Vue on KWS in the south end (not sure what the project is though).
1 at Pulteney Street near Calvary Hospital.
Which gives 10 but I feel like I'm missing another one or two?

Note after crane 2 was completed on Sunday 6/2/2022 they have shortened the reach of crane 1 so that it can pass in front of the tower part of crane 2. see pictures pic1 after &pic 2 before.

Surprising, theres still a lot of glass paneling that needs to go in on the eastern side

The road closure has been updated so maybe you are right they are a bit behind.
First one has been pushed back 2 weeks and the second not till end of March now.
The full road closure of Pirie Street between Gawler Place and Wyatt Street to facilitate the dismantle of two tower cranes on the following dates*:
7:00 am Saturday 26 February to 7:00 pm Sunday 27 February 2022
7:00 am Saturday 26 March to 7:00 pm Sunday 27 March 2022

There are about 8 crane tower sections stored on the festival plaza site for second crane?

Also the lift that takes the crane driver up and down was working - saves a lot of climbing
