Re: News & Discussion: Low/Mid-Rise CBD Development
Forme has usually been patient enough to snap up adjacent lots; curious they've not waited till they'd acquired a decent land parcel to proceed with something here.

Not sure if its been mentioned elsewhere but it looks like 381 King William Street has a temp. fence around it. Its been empty since about 2019 so I would be interested to see what is going to happen.

I walked past this yesterday. I can confirm it’s facade is still standing but the rest of the building has been demolished.baytram366 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 1:34 pmNot sure if its been mentioned elsewhere but it looks like 381 King William Street has a temp. fence around it. The rumour is the West End Brewery site at Thebarton is the Crows/Olsens secret second location for their training/admin facilities (vs Thebarton Oval).

Not sure if this has been posted already, but realeastate.com have lots of good pictures up as well. I am very intrigued to see how it will turn out. Would have absolutely loved 203 North Terrace to roll the dice and try for something like this. Oh well...
