The latest from NearMap. Is it just me or has the zoom-detail level of the demo version been reduced too now? This is the clearest available while still being able to see enough detail.

I can still zoom right in and get high resolution on the demo area.

In the demo area, yes, but beyond it, the zoom level has become more restricted by a few tiers.

Retaining walls have started to go up on the south side of the OH rail overpass - will try to get some pics tonight if I can...

I hope they will paint some murals on the concrete once done.

So do I, because if "they" don't, someone will, and it will be less pretty :(
cheers,

Think there's quite bit more to happen over top of that retaining wall. The below render is of pretty much exactly the same part of the overpass as the photos I posted yesterday:

If it turns out like the renders then I think it'll look pretty good.

seems like an incredibly quick job, hopefully that speed is transferred to all the other level crossings that need to be separated

The part shown here it's only the part that requires the rail shutdown, there had been a lot of prep work so far.

Traffic at Darlington has been moved to the western side of the South Road corridor between Marion Rd and Flinders Drive. The median strip north of Flinders Drive is in the midst of being removed, with asphalt being laid in its place. I expect that traffic will be moved to the western side of the corridor in this section sometime in the coming weeks.
