Yeah, I've thought along similar lines. It reminds me of International Style. Clean and simple.

I like that they've used steel rather than glass balustrades too, but I hope they even out the concrete like they did for Kodo.
It will also look better once lived in, provided there ARE limits on hanging the laundry and NO limits on the amount of greenery. Stel or metal balustrade really lends itself well if folks have plants.

It’s the south eastern portion of the unbuilt site directly adjacent Penny Place. It’s only 6 levels but completes the precinct.
