That is very interesting news, specially about the proposed 12 level building in Coglin Street.
Just to add to what Beamer85 reported the development will cost $10.1 million, and it is by Kyren.
As its 12 levels I think it should have its own thread.

Is the Coglin Street building proposed or approved?
Do you think I should add 142-184 Franklin and the Rydges extension to the Projects list?

There are workers at the site of JP's Cafe on Pirie St (Where the explosion was earlier in the year) They appear to be digging up the foundations, I don't know if that means they will start constrution on the replacement building soon but there was something in the Advertiser a few weeks ago (not that that means anything)..

Will, I assume you're thinking of the recently built carpark and office complex, which if memory serves, is on the north side of Gilles Street. Since this site is numbered 11-15, it must be on the south side of Gilles Street (In the Adelaide square, even numbered lots are on the north or east, and odd numbered lots are on the south or west, with the exception being the squares and terraces).
I guess the easiest way to find out is to go down there and look.

Saw an ad in today's Advertiser Real Estate section for a 5 storey luxury apartment building at 65 South Terrace. Looked pretty nice from the renders in the ad and said for more info go to brockharcourts.com. Apparently the apartments are ranging from $850-2m. I think we will see a lot of low rise quality apartments like this shoot up all along South Terrace. It would have to be one of our premier city living streets.

I'm really keen on the design, does look really stylish - for south terrace anyway.
