Signs are up noting that Waymouth will be closed for 4 days from, i think the 12th or the 13th, from 6:30pm to 4am.
I assume to do with this development?

Was wondering the same thing myself, but I'm not sure. If it was during the day, then probably, but at evening? Suggests to me that they're doing some kind of major roadwork or something.
We'll find out soon though

Right you were. Wondered over there before and they've got the bitumen stripper in action. Looks like a total resurface underway.... prob about time, fairly rough patch of road.

I can't see Isiskii's picture so apologies if it's very similar... photo doesn't really convey how imposing this crane looks in real life. Mobile phone photo unfortunately.

Massive crane for such a small site. I wonder if the yhave positioned it in a way that it can remain for the second building.

Pretty sure there's only going to be one building. I think they'd originally planned for 2, but it's only one though.

Great pics of the site guys. Nothing protruding past the fencing that i can see from here yet.
There was a very healthy supply of concrete mixers heading down Pirie St on Thursday and Friday and looked like the concrete pump was getting a serious workout.
