That says the new wards will be on level 3 of building A that was built as a cold shell ten years ago. It seems odd that a tower crane is required for what sounds like it is essentially an internal fitout.

back to 20 cranes-The southern crane (closest to North Tce) came down today at the festival plaza tower, only some tower sections remain at 5 pm Saturday 27/5/2023.
