Not quite sure if this has already been posted, but it seems that City Cross Shopping Centre is for sale. It also seems that Intro Design (same architects behind the LeCornu Site Development) have drawn up a concept design for an office tower above the Grenfell Street entrance that appears to be somewhere around the 150-180 metre mark. Should this not have its own thread?

This looks fantastic!

Not really, because it's not a real proposal. It's just an indicative image of what could be done at the site, as part of of selling the centre.

Ahhhh! The centre is still quite new though. Here's hoping a new owner could fulfil the site's potential.

We regretfully advise that Gourmet Glaze has closed its doors indefinitely due to other business commitments. We would like to thank everyone for their support over the last 11 years.

ADIDAS is opening in the former Live premises.

Also the former Mimco store (cnr Rundle Mall and Gawler Place) is being fit out. I don't know who the tenant is but hopefully a decent brand for such a high profile location.

Nice. Here's hoping the facade gets some treatment, looks unlikely if they're wanting to catch the Christmas/NY trade, but would still be welcome.

Looks like they are doing some external work at the moment. I believe they plan to open late November.

Lots of action at corner of Gawler place and the mall too. Hopefully it will be a flagship store.

When people decide to eat sugary treats at the expense of actual doughnuts. (Not that I support gourmet glaze but KK is not Doughnuts)

Perhaps if Gourmet Glaze had consistent trading hours they'd have been more successful.

People knew when Krispy Kreme's were open. People didn't with Gourmet Glaze.
