Apparently just off Elder Smith Road, midway between Interchange & Salisbury Hwy (not in the existing apartment cluster).

Those renders look quite nice, although it’s interesting to note that none of them show the relationship with neighbouring buildings.

What a cute little place this will be in the years ahead. Looks like a hotspot to watch for :D
Aside from retail tenancies about the place, are there any hotels about to bring a bit of nightlife to the zone?

Nightlife?? Mawson Lakes?? I have to commute to Adelaide to get decent nightlife :(

Mawson Lakes needs a good quality and large underground discotheque or club (being underground it will give it some sort of sound proofing)

*****INSIDER INFO****

M lakes is looking to grow its footprint in the north through Delfin.

The salt flats on port wakefield road are in final neg. with delfin to purchase out the land and extend M Lakes out from the corner of salisbury hwy and port wakefield road all the way to the exit to hanson road- this is almost double the size of M lakes as it currently sits.

The name of the new development is still under review- but M lakes may still stamp its name or it maybe called something else lakes.

Secondly- info has arisen that a poss cinema is looking at a site in M lakes at this stage more likely near the rail line on the M central 2 site.

With all this activity and extra residents in the area it would be nice to maybe see some higher buildings in the Mawson lakes CBD. Just imagine more busineses and alternative to Adelaide CBD. It could be come a small version of NSW's Newcasltle.

Hey maybe i am dreaming.. Would be nice to see though
