A light weight steel structure has been added to the end bay on the western side (as seen from Wakefield St). This is probably to house some plant or air conditioning equipment.

The glass on this, Waymouth and the Uniting Church development are all top notch. Other developers take note.
Imagine if Realm and Adelaidian both used such quality?
