More steel added today. Some idea of final height can be judged by 2 steel columns on left hand side of picture 16/11/2018.

Heard a guy on 5AA Radio saying Synergy were pumping their toilets into an open drain. John Blake from "Behind Closed Doors" even made a skit about it. Quite funny.

Just me, or have they screwed up something chronic on the patterning of the facade on the top right?

Do you mean the cafe wall illusion effect?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caf%C3%A9_wall_illusion. It's painful to look at. Or the two windows on top of each other? - which seems like a big stuff up if not corrected ...

Word in the industry is this project is a couple of months behind schedule... Crane problems and now on their 4th or 5th site manager!

When I was doing Henley Beach runs on the Adelaide Metro, I probably picked up one person per year at that first stop on Currie St. With that building up the drivers will now get swamped!

Quite possibly the slowest Multistorey project to be built in Adelaide in recent time, floor cycles are out to 20 day cycles!
Superstructure started March 2018…Was due for completion in December 18 and they still haven’t topped out yet and will miss the 2019 Uni intake…. Ouch for the developer of Student Accommodation.
Builder blames ‘extreme weather conditions’, that hasn’t stopped Adelaidean or Realm which are cruising at 6 to 7 day floor cycles.
231-243 Waymouth Street | 55m | 17lvls | Student Accom - Blue Sky Level 1 to Level 17 took 8 months to top out
228-231 North Terrace | 68m | 21 Levels | Student Accom Urbanest Level 1 to Level 21 took 7 months to top out

The project seems to have had quite a bit of crane trouble. I don't know if that related to "extreme weather". This site would be far more exposed to westerly winds than the others you mentioned.
