Not sure if it's a closure or a refit, no signage that I saw to suggest it is reopening.
I think it's officially a closure.

Aquila has opened in Rundle Place and closed in the Myer Centre. Not much left besides Myer now.

The new owners of the centre must be terminating leases for the shopfronts inside the building, I find it hard to believe that this building could be so unpopular...

Perhaps they are planning a major redesign? (we can only hope)

I really hope they could do something to what's left of Dazzeland. It's been languishing gutted since 2003.

Yep, hoarding now says "Exciting new retailer coming soon".

Katies has opened in the former Move space next to Myer. Getting ready to vacate their Rundle Street store early 2017 for demolition.

Same as the Council thread - they directly relate to CBD development. Can't have buildings without tenants.

We have individual threads for large scale development, and threads for medium/small development, ACC news, and retail news.

They could go elsewhere, but are easier to find here.

Hey Ben, did you happen to find the renders of BankSA's shop-front on this site?

It better not be Maccas (moved from Citi Centre Arcade).

Think again Ronald McDonald!

Definitely not McDonald's from Citi Centre, they're currently expanding in that location.

*Shrinking that location. ;)

They've lost the food court "external" space to the new bank branch, and are about to gain a little depth in front of the counter. But overall it will be a smaller area.

(I hope they are intending to refresh their furnishings, because at the moment all their McCafè cushions are worn through and the floor is grotty.)
