Dear me - VS1 is quite, quite lovely, and Hills isn't far behind.

Is it just me who thinks Spire looks pretty good?

It's simple, but it has some sort of elegance to it...

Yes and no. It has nice proportions - the tall/thin approach is something we rarely see in Adelaide, and I'm a big fan of the rooftop blades (especially since they've decided to have them free as opposed to the closed-blades shown above), but I find some of the other details a little underwhelming.

Ooh, I really like Waymouth Towers (Is this the one that's called Space?)

I always wanted to live in an apartment that looks like a boat (why, I don't know). And this is in no way a negative remark - I love the cruise ship type vibe the design has! At least, it looks like that to me...the name Space makes me wonder if they were going for something else, though...

Spire will get a major redesign before its done - so don't count on features of that render staying. Also they weren't ever meant to be blades up the top - it was always meant to be filled in as it'll hide some of the utilities. But somehow on the renders they weren't filled in.

We'll have to wait for the final design before we pass judgement on it, but it should be good.

The list has been updated. Oh and yes, theres a wonderful new layout too. I'm sure you'll appreciate it.

i was just thinking the same thing - how many cranes are there?

and i'm a bit confused, how does Shuz's spreadsheet differ in content from AtD's database of current/proposed construction around Adelaide?

Maybe you should also highlight in the up and coming section which ones are proposed and which are approved?
