Check out the news from today and you will be a happy man I think!ozisnowman wrote:Would have been a reasonable building had the ACC not ****** it up and reduced it to stump its like the councilors in the ACC have a fobia about heights
Even though the ACC rejected the original 13 level proposal, the state government ultimately approved it anyway.ozisnowman wrote:Would have been a reasonable building had the ACC not ****** it up and reduced it to stump its like the councilors in the ACC have a fobia about heights
That isn't entirely true. A lot of the time the developer isn't willing to put up the cash either. It is easy to blame the banks but if developers would put there money where their mouth is more developments would go ahead IMOWill wrote:Even though the ACC rejected the original 13 level proposal, the state government ultimately approved it anyway.ozisnowman wrote:Would have been a reasonable building had the ACC not ****** it up and reduced it to stump its like the councilors in the ACC have a fobia about heights
The 8 level building which was built is just a commercial reality. In the current financing environemnt, buildings which do not have nearly full or full occupancy do not receive funding.
