yes, they changed the main structural beams because something happened with the interstate architects (?)
i heard this changed the layouts for most slightly, mine for the better because now i dont have a pillar in the kitchen wall!
and the bathroom has changed so now guests dont have to walk through the bedroom.
on speaking with the architects and project mananger (at the site visit a few weeks ago) they both agreed these would benefit most.

I think 16 levels is pretty reasonable in that part of town. No its not going to be a skyline changer (not every building can be) but will certainly build the density.
I also think the design is pretty good as well. Could have been much more bland. I used to live in Rhodes Sydney and there were umpteen apartments buildings with similar facade design to this one. Not offensive and actually pretty smart.

Apart from the loss of some west-facing glass on the front lower levels, it's not that different, even maybe better IMO.

Yes thiese are pretty up to date however I was told where the white balcony fronts are now glass.
