Like it or not but that article just reflect prevailing attitude/knowledge/understanding regarding anything related to public transport… trams are not exceptions…

I was away for a while and I am not sure what will happen with tram displays and how they will display new routes. Will they have a tram route number + destinations or they will continue only with destinations…

From memory it will still be destination only and no route numbers. Cue whinge from Pisoni saying it's 'confusing'.

Yep, it will only show the destination according to the DPTI guys I spoke to during the consultation.
