If they're looking to move to a redeveloped RMP then hopefully that's as a secondary tenant...

Well it's all go in RMP today. Another delegation through to meet the building manager.

Well dressed women (according to the wife who I was meeting for lunch definitely from Sydney or Melbourne based on clothing) and a man with a strong European accent (possibly Swedish) talking about a 'golden opportunity to extend'. He and one of the women were pointing towards the upper floors, possible mention of a mezzanine.

End report. Message will self destruct.

I know this is a crazy idea and i will be ridiculed for it but have you considered asking the building manager directly?

It looks really temporary, I think it's using the signage and units from the Royal Adelaide Show store because one of the signs says Show prices.
Temporary is right. This is gone now and it looks like an express version of Beyond India is going in its place. I think there might also be a second food joint going in at the spot where the Wendy's was within that larger Slo Moe's fitout, but I couldn't make out what it was from the little sign.

I wonder how well Wendys would go as a pop up van in Rundle Mall.

I feel Wendys needs to get back to the basics e.g Hot Dogs, Milkshakes and Ice Cream at affordable prices, the prices seem high lately.

The former Pop Mart/Bendigo Bank on King William St is now a chemist under the name of Pharmasave.

A new (In and Out Convenience) convenience store is now open on the corner of Morphett street and franklin street.
This is diagonally across from where the refurbishment work is happening. It will be interesting to see if it stays in
business as it's away from most of the foot traffic.

Adelaide - city of churches no more. We are now the city of convenience stores and massage places.

The number of sleazy late night massage parlours that have opened over the last few years has been absolutely disgraceful. But I guess when we have the highest unemployment level in Australia then many Asian females
are going to revert to this type of work.
