RMMA is justified in its decision then and Combeeze have been ungracious.

The RNMA response definitely shoots some holes in Combeeze's story.

It's really becoming a story of 'He said/She said', with Combeeze responding to the RNMA statement with accusations about a crane damaging their van, and the advice their licence won't be renewed coming once the van was repaired.

Why were they allowed to leave the van parked in the Mall overnight anyway? The whole point of the store being a vehicle is that you drive it home when finished trading.

I'm sure they will be welcomed with open arms by any other precinct having sought to start a public spat with RMMA via social media and making public accusations about property damage

Miller in RMP has now moved to Rundle Place.

Raw Space in Parc Arcade is changing direction and is opening a new concept store in 2018.
Could this mean both this & RMP are going to be redeveloped?
Another People's Choice (at Citi Centre Arcade) will close permanently at the end of June as it is being amalgamated with the Flinders Street Branch.
I wonder if this will then become an eatery...

Hard to see from that but still looks like it's going to be a fairly looming, uninviting entrance to the ground floor. Compare to ACP or Rundle Place for example, with their tall, open, wide and bright entrances.
Oh well, no doubt a big improvement on the current layout.

Awesome, cheers for posting!
I wonder what's happening with Level 2 - the new facade goes up this high but apparently the retail areas do not. Stock maybe?
Given this and the fact that half of Level 1 will be a food court, I wonder if the new tenant will be Rebel Sports. I did see a bunch of people, several in Rebel Sports shirts meeting with the building manager a couple of weeks back. Or maybe they're aiming for the Lower Ground floor?
I'm thinking that the combined mini major floorspace isn't really big enough for H&M and we pretty much know Topshop won't be opening any new stores at the mo. Perhaps more likely Zara, Rebel or someone else entirely?
Could JB Hi-Fi be looking to move up to the new space perhaps?
Either way this is exciting - looks like a pretty good upgrade of a fairly tired old building.

Wow, this is what I've always wanted to see in this thread. Very exciting indeed!

Looking at those floor plans, I think the multi-level layout would fit in H&M nicely. Perhaps Rebel Sport might be sussing out the lower ground floor, considering that floor will receive a major revamp.
Whoever this mystery tenant is, they will have prime real estate and the best exposure in Rundle Mall.
Interesting to see what will happen to Level 2 - former Spotlight store.

That first render shows windows at the rear half of the building overlooking Gawler Place so maybe it'll become another office floor like Levels 3-6?

Anyone remember when the RMP rooftop square was used as a golf training area?
For some reason the large 'Golf' word still remains untouched.

The biggest loss of this RMP upgrade is the fact they aren't going to do anything to correct the sizing of the windows for the existing office component but instead add another level of them. Especially considering the lower levels where the foodcourt is planned, they're installing nice, well-fitting windows. It just looks so patchy and disjoins the building further.
