That's ridulculous. Why would one developer let another developer store crane parts on their site for a rival development. they are most definately for this site.

Why would it be ridiculous? Can you see the Samaras name there? It's possible they have negotiated something. Theo Samaras obviously did some kind of deal.

yeh its an engineering company that is constructing the foundations and basement levels... nothing to do with the development accros the road. You obviously do not know how competitive the devlopment industry is.

The sections are for a crawler crane to drop the cages in... you need the lenght in the boom. Its far more cost effective to use this rather that a wheel based mobile crane, less set up etc
I saw this one used on the Port River Bridges...

think there was some confusion lol mill st carpark is 9 levels but the Gilles st carpark where the photos were taken is only 7 levels

Just doing my rounds of getting my database information scoop - how much office space does this hold? AFAIK its roughly 20,000sqm but does anyone have an exact figure?
