I think it says demolition will finish at the end of the year and construction commences in February 2021.

Off topic, but the paint job on the former Allianz/old German Club building next door looks absolutely terrible -- it's a full on white out of all the beautiful features.

Yep I agree. Cheap fix up. No attention to the detailing at all.
