That combined with the Wakefield Hospital site, you can probably expect at-least a few thousand residents from these sites alone.

Hopefully the demand will be there for them! I'd expect this one to be done in stages to make sure the market isn't flooded.

Well the developer went to jail? And owed millions of dollars from memory. Will try and find an article. Well it’s provably posted in the thread for that development.
