What are the height restrictions like in this area? Could we see a development with substantial height?

Hopefully the demand will be there for them! I'd expect this one to be done in stages to make sure the market isn't flooded.

Well the developer went to jail? And owed millions of dollars from memory. Will try and find an article. Well it’s provably posted in the thread for that development.
