yes renovating unfortunately ... well said.
Although it is better than nothing
I hope if anything, it's like the modern decore that alot of McDonald's now sport.
Another 1 of my pet hates of that area is those tacky souveneir shops next door
grr lol

Wouldn't this mean that there is a possibility that it could be used as a screen to show tv pictures? Also looking at those images, that building really lends itself to having a news ticker running around where the HJs sign is. Now that would look fantastic.
I recall that last night on 10 news they reported that events could be televised on the screen.

That will be like having to watch a program on a 4 inch screen... that kind of resolution
The plasmas or LCD screens would have been much better IMO.

How ugly.
I like the 1950's American Diner style that Hungry Jacks often use.

No doubt they'll be running it through an
ANSII rasteriser, so just stand back far enough and squint your eyes!

Nice work Howie. A slight bit of nit-picking, the two halves of the car park aren't level, one half is half a story taller than the other.

Thanks fellas and thanks for pointing that out AtD.
Does anyone have an aerial/on-top photograph of the upark? So I can see what it looks like from above?

Despite all the disappointments you have to say it is far better than a bland carpark facade. I too would have liked the entire thing covered - and with a ticker running along the top - oh well. Nice work too Howie - you have something of a gift there!

Walked past this today, and it looks quite good.
I like the idea of having photos of SA and all around Australia on the wall. great way of showcasing this brilliant state and it will fit in well with the Rundle Convergence.
Would be good if HJs was moving out though
