So excited to see this one finished, amazing what a unique (not box) shape can do for a building.
It also appears way way taller than what it actually is imo

It might just be the angle but the renders don't appear to be as dramatic with the concave. I honestly didn't expect there to be one as I thought they were just using a slight concave to show the side of the building.
It definitely makes it look taller though. This might be one of the few developments where the building turns out better than the render. A real testament to curves in design which work really well in Adelaide cityscape.
