Pretty close. Emporis reckons Franklin House is 39m to architectural top so this UC building should be about 75% taller.

The core is now visible from Morphett St over looking the bus depot. pic 30/5/ 2018.

Been visible from Morphett Street for three weeks now.

I saw the glass in person yesterday and it looks pretty stunning at this early stage.

Brown cow, STUNNING!

I wonder how it will look with the two-tone effect in certain angles and light.

The colour of the windows depends on from which direction one views the building: from the west one sees more of the brown areas but from the east the clear panels dominate. Pictures 1/6/18

That brown glass makes an interesting contrast. Mightn't look half bad at all.

I did not initially realise that the building, from level 9 upwards, is set back on the east side (from the adjoining building). See left hand side of picture 14/6/18.
