Joy works for the architect firm involved with this project. Any elaboration, although greatly appreciated, would probably break confidentiality agreements.

I would have thought that by confirming that Goodman are out when they haven't made any formal announcement (that I am aware of) was breaching confidentiality...

Glad to see our developments aren't being affected too badly by all of this rain.
I drive past the Anzac Hwy / South Rd intersection and am amazed that it is not flooded!

Thanks for the heads up Ben.
If there's going to be four levels of basement parking, you'd expect the excavation to be a lot deeper.
Keep us posted with that crane mate!

They have moved the fence out to KWS and put bollards up. Also digging up the paving on King William this morning. Excavation is getting deep now. I'm interested in this crane that is coming from over seas and how big it will be.
Joy do you know what model ect it will be? or dates of installation?

Hows this one going Ben? I noticed that the crawler crane is now in the excavated site, so assume piling is happening on the southern side now.
Also, how about the other two sites near you, sorry to be a pain mate!

No prob at all. Love all the action around here. I'll take some pics at lunch. Heaps of action on both this and Wave/Edge.

The basement will be 4 levels so will be a huge hole once finished.

Just another question... what's with the wierd looking concrete on the walls of the excavation... were they there before or are they put in before the excavation starts?

I don't know much about it either but thats the piling what they put around the edge of the site to stop it callapsing on them and forms the edge of the building, the same can be seen at 400 KWS.
