This might do hardly anything for the skyline, but developments like this are spreading the CBD further out. Which is good news

Not to be rude, but could you please use a image hosting service website (like Tinypic, Imageshack, Flickr etc) instead of posting it as an attachment, as it's impossible to view your images due to them being so massive. It also uses up bandwidth.

So sad when the back of the buidling looks better than the front. With the western wall fronting the fire station its unlikely to be built on so what was the Council and DAP thinking

Although it's not exactly 'inspired' I actually quite like the way this one turned out - decent finishes and nice clean lines.

Yeh it's a "nice" boxy development.
Would have looked even better if it was skinnier and taller. I think the clean lines you speak of would have really benefited from the height.
A nice injection of life to this section of the CBD.
