The lower level concrete walls on the south and north side have been painted in a dark grey colour.

The chucky green shade cloth and scaffolding is finally starting to come down. We may soon be able to see what this building actually looks like. Picture from Tuesday 24 Nov 2015 from Waymouth St. The white bit in the bottom of picture is just some small 2 story building in Waymouth St.

Well it finally seems like this one has progressed a little. The pictures don't really show it, but you can definitely see what looks like the finished cladding behind the scaffolding in real life. I've also noticed that there is a glass pod thing being built on the southern wall (see second picture).

Scaffolding slowly coming down to reveal what's behind it. Probably a laborious task without the crane there.

I guess it's still too early to make a conclusion but at least from what has been revealed this actually looks better than I thought it would. The patterning of the different glass colours and blades could have gone badly wrong but I quite like what I can see so far. Just a shame it seems to be so slow in the unveiling.

The developer has until May to have this one complete before purchases can rescind on their contract. I've heard there is still a lot of work internally to be done and they may actually struggle to reach the deadline without adding some serious man power.

When does it look like the exterior scaffolding will be totally removed?......so we can make a proper assessment of the building.

My understanding is they're taking down the scaffolding as slowly as possible

On a serious note that would be a major balls up if they cant have it completed by May, could end up completing the building & having to go through the selling stage (to some extent) again

It's only hearsay but a friend working on one of the north terrace sites tells me the developer has been stingy the whole way through, contractors having trouble getting invoices paid etc. Might explain the glacial pace of this one, but then again a lot of shit gets talked on building sites lol.

From the windows I can see into from here, the interior doesnt appear to be in any more an advanced state than the outside of the building.

The sales centre is still open on Franklin Street so who knows... definitely one of the more amateur developers. In a different league to Vue, Bohem and Kodo.

Lol, even the West Franklin promotional material shows this building in the background still draped in scaffolding and green shade cloth. Seems they're not too optimistic about the pace of the reveal either.

Spotted a couple of workers on site today(!). Maybe the 'hurry up' memo has been passed on!

Vision on Morphett.

New Mayfield looks as busy as any time over the past 5 months
