Of course it’s dead. How often are projects for this site announced only to never eventuate? What a joke.

Indeed. It’s a shame because that part of King William St really took off for a while there development wise, and has slowed somewhat the past five years or so.timtam20292 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 02, 2023 8:15 pmOf course it’s dead. Yeah, I'd've thought KWS South is ripe for development with the tramline and proximity to the markets. It's disappointing it's been sort of stagnant. I note the former Sealink headquarters on the corner of South Tce has just been gutted and refit when it would've been a great opportunity for a landmark rebuild.
Keep Adelaide Weird

Worst kept secret in Adelaide. Besides anything that has Salvatore ‘Sam’ Sgherza is involved in behind the scenes is never going to be a real project. He's still laughing thou, got to charge the naive Chinese owners a wage for couple years for doing zip.

Well well we can see a temp fence has been erected and the display hut relocated.
Is this one finally moving forward and ready to break ground?

I too have seen this. Not holding my breath though. Unless someone can prove otherwise - this site will remain vacant.

It is a pretty awful looking development, not sure why everyone here is so sad about it.

I wasn't commenting on whether its a good design or not, I was commenting on how this site goes up for sale every so often and no sale ever eventuates.

The carpark has been scraped up, pay machine decommissioned
Site fence is up…
Could this be a sign that Mr Shgerza will break ground soon or what??
