Fronts onto North Terrace. It’s a good way back from Rundle Mall and there’s a small laneway in between the two as well.

Don't think this has been posted here, but here's a render from the Synergy website of the roof: https://synergyconstruct.com.au/app/upl ... 00x563.jpg

Another one too of what I think is the middle part: https://synergyconstruct.com.au/app/upl ... 00x563.jpg

Fins look matte not metallic, which would've been a way to elevate its appearance.

I feel this will look like Dwell 2.0

There's definitely a core box going on in there. Saw the crane lifting in a caged staircase (usually attached to the core box) on Monday.

Maybe your eyesight is better than mine, but it's hard to determine the material finish from a render that looks like it was done on a 3DFX Voodoo

They look like massing renders, not finishing renders. They may have been designed to show more technical detail rather than finish or materialistic details.
Walking on over....

Core box is now poking through.

Uncommon living for uncommon students?

What kind of BS advertising crap is that. If anything, it's exactly the opposite, common dogboxes for common international students.
