It never had potential. It's nothing but a whole city block of dull glass boxes. The only consideration has been maximum lettable area. Sell the idea with a gloosy render, then ship in the cheapest glass you can find. Take photos at an acute angle on an overcast day, finished.

I have to laugh at this comment.

I work in the ANZ building behind (with the green glass windows).

We have been in this building since 2008.

The blinds have been an ongoing source of contention and bitter debate since that time due to the glare and people's differing sensitivity.

Hence, why the blinds look like a clusterf***.

Give it another 10 years, it will be the same.

This could have been so much better. Much more impressive. I don’t feel e should settle for ‘oh it’s nit as bad as DWELL, so it’s fine’. We’d be okay with a lot of crap otherwise.
