Great shot, it really illustrates the "wedge" levels that are coming. If you look at the Western facade you can see the beginning of the wedge forming.

This building is much wider than expected - it reminds me of Rundle Place on Grenfell St.

This building is shaping up as one of the better looking of the new builds and thankfully it has lots of street frontage and therefore plenty of visibility. Unfortunately there's no word on anything happening with possibly our ugliest city carpark which sits immediately across from it.

I agree about the car park. HOWEVER, it's a fairly cheap car park and it provides some really fantastic photoshots of the city on its rooftop. That is where its value lies.
