Eynesbury College are taking up the first 4 levels of this building. So I assume they will be moving from their Franklin St site.

Northern side is exposed frame when finished so the top left won't look much different than it does now from the front. The more glass that's installed the less this building appeals to me unfortunately. The classy appearance of the glass in the original render seems to have been lost in translation.

Clearly, like the strawberries on a Corn Flakes box, renders are just a serving suggestion. That one even uses some odd perspective to give a square corner the look of a knife-edge.

I like their idea (ie. not 100% glass) but it does look a little dated already and hasn't even been finished .. looks 1980's

Thi is the same developer and architect as 400 KWS street. I have a bad feeling the glass will turn out similar. Looks nothing like the render.

If only the world was as clean and crisp as a render, the building looks rather crap upon comparison. But compared to most of the shite that graces our skyline, is at least an improvement.

I don't think it looks that bad for that area....i mean there is carparks and other pieces of shit around there that look much worse.

I think it would look a lot better if taken from the same angle as the render, and with a blue sky behind it. Until I see that, I'll reserve my judgement. Might go for a walk in the next few days and have a look myself.

I don't think that you can take a photo like that render, on account of the strange perspective that they've drawn it with. Look at the near corner in the render, it looks like it's almost 45 degrees when it's actually 90. Look at the ratio of width to height, the render makes it look like close to 3:4, but the photo shows it as more like 1:2. And no angle is going to change the fact that the render shows seamless glass joins, but the reality are broad horizontal white beams and fasteners all over that glass curtain.
