Great photo-update Urban!

No wonder this is costing $200m. I can only imagine that the architectural quality is going to be nothing short of amazing! The steelwork looks very complex, and I'm sure is no easy engineering feat. Would have to cost significant time and money to get the physics of it right.

This building will look amazing from this perspective - almost floating on the treetops.
