A lot of work taking place right now to prepare the ground floor level for a large pour. A small section on the SW corner has been done already. The corner wall sections around the edges of the building were installed recently too, so the above ground building shape is starting to take form.

The footprint for the building is not that large - there is a lot of interconnecting plaza level above the basement area.

Yes, the North Terrace ground level was poured a couple of days ago, so we have an actual above ground building now . They're setting up scaffolding for the next floor already.

There are a lot of people working on site today - seems to be moving quickly now

Yes the service trades and some fitout trades have started, increasing site numbers rapidly.
The building will progress much quicker now the complexities of the first three floors are now complete
