I think that such an upmarket store will be a perfect match to the Huge Boss shop next door.
A downscale version of NYC's Filth Avenue Apple Store?

That's one from left-field! That top-level swimming pool is rather underwhelming, of course.

More hotel space? Obviously not everyone agrees with Caversham’s assessment of a glut of rooms.

Might of been discussed already but does anyone know what going on with the redevelopment of the building on the corner of Nth Tce and Pultney? Seems to be taking bloody ages with nothing happening.

Anyone know what's happening with the southeast corner of Pulteney and Angas Streets? There is demolition work happening this weekend. It would be terrific to see a 30m+ building to complement the proposed Yorke campus on the opposite corner.

Not sure about the accuracy, but I had heard that they had gotten tired of some squatters lighting fires inside, and the council had requested it get removed. The old station was torn down last weekend, with some further cleanup this weekend.

They can't complain, that means there will be extra car parking spaces...

I saw that too. I thought it might have been for the CML building.
