That would be correct. There was scaffolding up to provide a viewing platform for the pageant.

Still proceeding just waiting for that "magic number" of pre sales to be met. At last count there were 7 sold out of 25. I would think thye require atleast 60% (15) if not more to proceed.

Nice that they used and old Gabba pic instead of Adelaide Oval. Also pretty sure that's not the Torrens riverbank or a restaurant on Rundle Street. Minor details eh?

This would have to be one of my favourites ATM, will really break down the mid level feel of KWS - has the look of high rise. Can't wait for it to be built and to actually see it.

This building proposal must offer the best 'bang for buck' in terms of altering the skyline from the most perspectives. It may well be very slim and not really even THAT tall [well, not really, compared to what it's near] but it will be visible from lots of perspectives and I think will make the view from the northern end of Vic Square - once the Franklin and Flinders street renewals get finished look positively impressive.

Pity all you'll see of it from there is a concrete wall.

Anyone know if Adam Internet own the building next door? Gotta be one of the worst looking buildings in the CBD.

No, the building is strata titled. So, it makes the job of demolishing it even harder as you have to buy out all the occupants not just Adam Internet.

Has this project been cancelled? All signage has been removed and now a ' for lease' sign on ground floor.

I checked and the website is still active though!

I would say so, website still says copyright 2011 at the bottom, no sales updates either.

I really liked this building for some strange reason, and shame its not going ahead. But i would say its more dead than alive.
